MESAP clients have included organizations throughout the Northeast, including work on behalf of the Northeast CAPT (Center for Application of Prevention Technologies). MESAP also has a contract with the Maine Office of Substance Abuse (OSA) to provide technical assistance and training to their prevention grantees across the state.
